Who is Mila Inspired? Mila Inspired is more than a store—it's a heart project. Every product, from books and puzzles to plushies and art, is designed to inspire creativity, celebrate kindness, and spark curiosity about the natural world. We’re especially proud of our children’s book series featuring Amara the baby elephant, teaching life lessons and bringing African wildlife to life for young readers.
Do you offer educator or bulk discounts? Yes! We love supporting classrooms, libraries, and events. Please email us your inquiry and quantities at hello@milainspired.com for bulk pricing or special requests.
Can I include a gift message or request gift wrapping? At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or personalized gift messages. All orders are packed with care and love, but if you're sending a gift, we recommend letting the recipient know to expect a special delivery from you!
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we currently ship to select countries. If you’re having trouble checking out from your location, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Where do you ship from? All orders ship from the USA.
How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary depending on your location and the item ordered. For full details, visit our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer tracking information? Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Can I return or exchange my order? We want you to love what you receive! If something isn't right, please visit our Refund Policy for complete return instructions. Items must be unused and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I return a gift? Yes. If you received a gift and wish to return it, we’ll issue store credit in the form of a gift card. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method for returned gifts.
What if my item arrives damaged? Please take photos of the damaged item and packing slip, and email them to hello@milainspired.com within 5 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a brief note. We’ll be in touch with return instructions.
Can I request a customized plush or message for someone? At this time, we do not offer customization for plush toys or personalized messages.
Do you restock items once sold out? It depends! Some of our items are limited edition, while others may be restocked. If you’re hoping for something specific, feel free to reach out at hello@milainspired.com.
Are your puzzles and downloads the same thing? Nope! Our magnetic puzzles are physical products and are not downloadable. Only specific items like activity sheets and digital downloads are available for download after purchase.
How do I access my digital downloads? Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files through your order confirmation page. If you have any issues, contact us for help!
Can I share or resell the downloads? Our digital downloads are for personal use only. Please do not share, repost, or resell any of our content. Thank you for respecting our work!
Are your plushies safe for children? Yes! All our plush elephants meet US toy safety standards. We recommend them for ages 3 and up.
